[Returns and exchange]
The item you wish to return or exchange need to be requested to us within 7 days from the date you received your parcel. The return/ exchange period will be calculated from the last shipping date of the ordered item (If there are multiple items). We are only able to cover the shipping cost for the return/ exchange of the defective items. For customer's decision or any other reasons, cost must be covered by customers.
If you do decide to make a return/ exchange, simply request through <Inquiry form>. We will inform you about the procedure for returns.
[Items that cannot be returned or exchanged]
- For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns of underwear such as cloth pads, masks and socks.
- Item that have already been used, worn, opened or removed from the tag cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that have been washed, cleaned or processed cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products with stains, scratches or odors cannot be returned or exchanged.
