Return and exchange

Products can only returned or exchanged if they have not been used or worn for hygiene reasons. If you do decide to make a return, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days from the date you received your parcel.  We do not accept returns or exchanges without contact, or returns due to customer's personal circumstances. For exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping charges in the above reason. 

If you wish to return or exchange, please read the following carefully before making a request. 

  • The exchange is limited to one time when customer request due to their personal circumstances. 
  • The exchange is limited to those with the same price as the purchased item. 
  • We cannot accept items that are dirty or damaged due to use or fitting, washed or processed. 
  • We will not accept any damage, stains, loss, or destruction of products, packages, manuals, etc. 
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of outlet items and sale items. 
  • We do not accept product that stated we cannot accept returns or exchanges on each product listing page. 
  • In case of damage or stain during delivery, please get warranty from the shipping company. 
    (Warranty is not available for non-standard-size mail or kuroneko Mail service)
  • Replacement product may not be available. In that case, the product price will be refunded. 

We try to reproduce the actual product as much as possible in the product photos, but the appearance of colors may differ depending on the monitor and computer environment you are using. 

[Shipping cost]
We are only able to take charge of shipping cost when missed delivery or defective products are detected 
(Please send by cash on delivery).

For other reasons, customer is responsible for the shipping cost (Please pay in advance before shipping requested items). 

When item is refunded due to customer's personal circumstances:
We will transfer the amount after deducting the shipping fee (including handling fee in the case of cash on delivery) from the item price to the customer's bank account.

When item is refunded due to missed delivery/ defective product: We will transfer the product price and the shipping fee/ settlement fee you paid to your account.
